Plate Balance, operated by Renan calefi, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the Service and we will assist you.

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee covers change-of-mind cancellations on first-time subscription purchases. After the 30-day window, subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time and will not renew, but past billing periods are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
